The Secret Cafe Bar Restaurant

What on earth happened? Used to come to this restaurant and always great food. Obviously a change in management as the food was still generous but completely sub standard with quality and taste.. very disappointed.

Always great foot and atmosphere, ambience and service. Lamb salad is one of the best and risotto's are fantastic especially the chicken avocado.

All staff go out of their way to make sure that I had the best birthday ever thanks I will be back and tell everyone I know Thanks again

It was disgusting, gourmet was so oily, meat lovers was full of fats instead of meat.

New residents of Epping, few people mentioned the Secret so thought we would check it out. Food was amazing and staff were lovely. Thank you for the great experience, will definitely come again. 😁

Terrible experience. Obviously a change in ownership. Staff had to be asked multiple times to get water to the table and just kept forgetting. Forgot 2 of the entrees. Had multiple problems with our main meals in terms of things being asked to be removed but still served with it, not cooked to specifications, some meals were reheated before serving and the vegetables were not fresh. The general customer service was terrible. I complained in restaurant to be told the owner will call me, I asked the staff what they are going to do about all these issue and I got told they couldn't do anything. She also told me they never reheat and serve a meal, which is a lie as it obviously had been heated and reserved. I work with food and this lady told me point blank that they never do that and implied I must be lying. Also they jacked up their prices. $17 for a jug of Coke is a rip off. Recommend avoiding the place, do yourself a favour get anything but this.

Have eaten at this restaurant a lot over the yrs and it was always great. Must have new owners I ordered a pasta takeaway and it was horrible and the service was pretty bad as well. Will never go back

This place doesn’t deserve even a 1 star rating a 0 is what this disgusting place is!!! Please save your self and your money do not eat there! The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of himself, I have never come across a more rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and clearly dishonest person to say the least!! More than happy to take your money and sell you disgusting under cooked dry, and rubber like cheese pizzas! Not fit for humans and animals that’s for sure. EXTREMELY POOR!!!!

terrible service, long wait times, and below average food. there are much better places to have a meal in Epping.
