The Scottish Prince

The Scottish Prince was a surprising experience. Such an amazing find, as soon as you walk in the bar greets you with an awesome selection of Whisky from Europe, Australia and Scotland (also Rums and Gins). The menu was short but had something for everyone (veg, vegan, seafood, steak, spring rolls - but all with a Scottish style twist) and everything delicious! Highly recommend.

Oh what atmosphere! The hidden door down an alley opened up into what felt like a genuine European pub. Whiskey bottles lined up behind the bar, in a snug but comfortable and romantic. They had an amazing musician playing the Sunday night we were there which just added to an already great night! The vibe was exactly what we were after!

I have been here at least 12 times and NEVER had an evenly slightly bad experience. I always feel so welcomed and the service is incredible. Every drink I've had and every meal I've eaten has been delicious and also very reasonably priced. Most bars will be very inconsistent with drink quality but I always know my drink will be amazing! The owner is so lovely and all the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a great night or has UK fomo and is craving that European pub vibe.

Nice food, nice service, advice is to keep topping your big drinkers up (responsibly of course) this is how you will make your money is to be onto it and visulant when the customer has finished their drink top them back up.

Thank you for the incredible evening. My husband and his friend thoroughly love scotch and the selection was a must for any scotch conossieur. This hidden gem has impeccable food (best arancinis). We will make this a regular place to visit for sure when holidaying on the Gold Coast.

Always a good choice for a few drinks and some live music

Amazing decor and atmosphere (playing the Teskey brothers!) and nice looking menu and whiskey selection. The waitress that greeted us for happy hour was lovely and very informative and sat us at the bar. We ordered two drinks from the barman. When we had finished, we waited from 5.45-6 with empty glasses, trying to get the barman’s attention (there were two) to order another round and some food. After 15 minutes of being ignored, we decided to just walk around to the other side of the bar to pay the bill and leave. When we asked to pay, the barman said ‘for what?’. Really strange behaviour, feeling ignored even though it was before six and not even slightly busy yet. This place has great potential but was let down by the glacial barmen! So disappointing!!
