Took sometime to get drinks, but food was quick and nice

Unbelievably good food, amazing service and very switched on staff! We had the feed me menu and the staff catered for our diets extremely well. Every dish that came out was amazing and could not be flawed. The servings were generous and we didn't leave wanting more. Such a lovely venue.

Lovely place to eat. We had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff, great local food for an honest price, the menu changes with the seasons. We definitely recommend this restaurant !

We ate lunch today to celebrate my birthday. The whole meal was wonderful, especially the beef and potato pie I ordered. It was the best I have ever eaten. It was superb! Everything was so fresh. The service is friendly and efficient, making it very welcoming. My husband and I highly recommend the Salopian.

Wonderful service, and beautiful atmosphere. Indoor temperature is nice and cozy. Lots of tasty dishes and wine to choose from. House baked bread and prawn dumplings were our favourites.

What a gem of a restaurant, great concept of having the wine cellar room to select your wines and the service was efficient, friendly and timely. The food was great with many different dishes to choose from. Highly recommended for fine dining.

My husband and I had the best experience at Salopian Inn for dinner last Friday night. It came highly recommended by some friends and we now highly recommend! We had a lovely private table near a candle lit window with beautiful green vines cascading the window outside. Our waitress was excellent. We asked for a bit of guidance on what to order (we always like to ask the opinions of a waiter or waitress and it’s so great when they are willing to help) We had the wild caught prawn dumplings, free range pork steamed buns, and confit and roasted chicken for entree/mains. The flavours were amazing and ingredients so fresh. For dessert we had the coconut creme/dark chocolate sorbet and the Salopian ice cream sandwich. My husband had a Salopian Gin Summer with grapefruit zest and I had the virgin amaretto sour. The details in everything were delightful, everything was done so well and we had an amazing dining experience. Our service was great. We cannot fault a single thing and in fact it was one of the best meals we have had in years. I will think about that ice cream sandwich for years to come 😄

We love food and were so happy to have had this experience. Food is incredible and service is amazing. If you have any dietary requirements let them know, they are professionals at the top of their game. Such a privilege to have eaten here.
