The Pancake Parlour

Service was quick and friendly. The girl who brought our drinks over apologised for the wait (even though there was hardly any wait at all), food was delicious. I used a voucher from the app, the guy processing the payment noticed that it didn't go through for some reason so he straight away went to get his manager to refund the difference. They were both apologetic about the situation. Overall terrific service.

Ordered Cajun chicken online and picked up. Such a small serving for what I’m used to getting here. Really not very good value for what I paid and I’ll consider visiting a different pancake parlour in the future.

Service was good. Staff were very pleasant. Warm heating on allowed for a very comfortable late lunch.

Friendly staff, clean store with great food.. only thing is since covid the lunch menu has not been available! Still I would recommend this place for any person wether by yourself, with a friend or the whole family it's a winner 🌟

Have been going to Pancake Parlour for over 20 years , mostly at Century City Walk; however first time at Knox. The food is the same. Tasty!! However, the boys said the size was smaller than at CCW.. The service is friendly and quick. Will definitely return 😍

Still a nice place for pancakes. We popped in on a 30° day for the Summer special. Although the restaurant wasn't busy, it took a long time for out hotcakes to arrive. Perhaps a glitch in the online ordering system. Nice hotcakes, as always.

Amazing experience during Covid. They are taking things very seriously. Good food, great service as well. One thing that always lets me know if a pancake parlour is good is if they bring water to your table promptly. Ive asked in countless other stores many times and they still aren't consistent with providing us with water. We were looked after well and I also was able to choose something smaller from the kids menu which made me immensely happy as I didn't want something large. The prices at PP will always be the downfall however for me.

Had a great experience here went before a movie drinks were really slow to come out but the lovely ladies working were very apologetic and continued to apologize until we left Parma was amazing will definately be back great job Saturday night staff

The menu is interesting with a section of plant based and low gluten pancakes .I think that's a great thing to adapt into .The service was a bit slow .We had to speak to 3 ppl to finally get some water at the table.The plates that arrived to share were dirty ,seemed like a rushed dish washer job .The food however was really good apart from the potato wedges.They lacked seasoning amd texture.The spinach crepes were really nice and so were the apple pancakes and salted caramel pancakes.Well presented , soft and fluffy.I would have expected some more newer flavor combinations to be honest but keeping it simple is also the key.The portions are generous .I would suggest to make the restaurant tone more brighter from the old school brown ,mahogany and black for it to be more welcoming,but hey that's just a suggestion.Its a great place for kids to be with families.
