The Pancake Parlour

Lovely service, always good people as part of their team to look after you. Delicious options, huge variety of savoury or sweet for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We were outside in the beautiful pergola on what was a very cold winter day, but all of us were super toasty warm under the heaters and happy to let the morning pass us by. Brilliant!

Ordered Cajun chicken online and picked up. Such a small serving for what I’m used to getting here. Really not very good value for what I paid and I’ll consider visiting a different pancake parlour in the future.

I love the ambience. It's warm, cosy and always bustling. Just the perfect place to indulge on a cold winter night. It's open till late so which is an added bonus. The warm pancakes are just the right pick me up. I am giving 4 stars because in my opinion the pricing is a bit steep. But the pancakes are warm and fluffy, the ice cream a nice creamy consistency. I've not had a lot of savoury options but the one that I tried was pretty good. All in all great experience.

Had a great experience here went before a movie drinks were really slow to come out but the lovely ladies working were very apologetic and continued to apologize until we left Parma was amazing will definately be back great job Saturday night staff

Friendly staff, clean store with great food.. only thing is since covid the lunch menu has not been available! Still I would recommend this place for any person wether by yourself, with a friend or the whole family it's a winner 🌟

Always open late so great place to connect with friends after work. The food is good and staff are friendly. The place is quite large and gets busy so getting the attention of a service person is a little tricky.
