The line was really long to get in & when we finally got in the menu was completely different than what was online so we spent 40 minutes waiting only just to grab a drink and leave. Cool vibe though and I’m sure under different circumstances it would have been better.

This place seems to be renovated since i was last there. Good food and lots of variety on menu with specials and deals. Staff friendly and prices reasonable

Good range of beers and lunch food menu is well priced. Handy being a couple of mins from the train station. Staff friendly and helpful. I had the rump steak which was super yummy, washed down with an Orchard Bitter.

Frequent the Orchard often. Solid menu and wide range of beers. Clean, lively but relaxed atmosphere. Only complaint is quite pricey, $9-10 for craft schooners.

Bad Customer Service, one man with long hair came to me that he will not allow me to bring snacks for outside, i can understand but the way he talk so rude, staring at me and no education person, he shouldn’t hired in that great place. I always came after my work finish and always bring my snacks there cause during that time their kitchen closed and i love to drink with some snacks. So disappointed. I will never go back.

I hadn't visited here in a while. Went for lunch during the Christmas/New Year break. I ordered the cheeseburger. It was delicious, real American style, which I like. Priced well. My partner ordered the same and a coffee (yes he is weird), and he reported that the coffee was pretty good. I had advised him against it as I didn't expect a pub to make a decent coffee, I was happily proved wrong. We sat in the sort of outside area which was very nice. My sister had some dietary requirements and they very gladly accomodated, even checking with the chef.

Smelly

We use to come here for the food and the beer. After ten years the food has gone so far down hill it's hit bedrock - such a shame too. Their beef Angus burger was one of my favorites. So now we come here just for the beer and the old memories. I remember when the inside dining areas use to be smallish spaces next to the bars. Since the renovation there is far greater seating opportunities for groups of people to sit and enjoy th intake of calories. The brown earth tones of the room does denote a very relaxed environment which borderlines on classy and romantic. However any sense of these are quickly done away with from the cheers of patrons as they watch their sporting events on the hanging television sets. If they stopped taking shortcuts with their meal prep and focused on slower yet fresher delivery of meals then I'm sure they could reestablish their credibility as an enjoyable bar and restaurant. Right now it's lacking the passion for good quality food.

If I could leave 0 stars for this place, I would. Absolutely worst customer service ever. We headed to the bar to get our first drink only for the bartender to say we’ve been cut off because allegedly we’re “on something”. Absolutely hate unnecessary accusations! Just because my friends and I were talking about tiktoks and taking pictures in the bathroom??!! We were absolutely sober when we got in the venue. Girls can’t have fun and laugh because if we do, we get cut off and told that we’re “on something”! You just lost our business and gained bad word of mouth!
