What a great little restaurant! We stumbled access it after a recommendation for great fish and chips just up the road from the blow hole. The food was great, fresh and hot- perfect for lunch on a windy cold day !! The parking was a little confusing, but not too bad. The view is spectacular! Would recommend for a perfect stop for lunch or dinner when passing through Bicheno.

Delicious food. Wasn’t initially planning on something like this for dinner but when we by chance drove past and had a quick look online, we decided to try it and see how we would go. We were not disappointed. Tasty food, done well. Even a cheeky ice cream to finish off the meal! 👌🏻👌🏻

The Lobster Roll( Lobster Hamburger) is amazing , full of meat, so yummy and it’s only $18. While eating enjoy the beautiful view. Will be back

Well worth the visit. All the seafood from lobster, prawns, fish and calamari was super fresh. We ate the lobster here two days in a row. Beautiful spot to sit outside in the sun and take your time to enjoy. Half a lobster, shoe string fries cooked to perfection and salad was $50 at the time of our visit. We thought it was reasonably priced. Delicious!

This was high on my list of must try Tasmanian food experiences. The lobster burger was so tasty and well priced at only $18. Do yourself a favour and try one!

Was recommended to come here by a local.. it was well worth it! We tried the chowder, lobster roll and beer battered scallops and it was sublime! Although it was a gloomy day, we watched some seals and enjoyed the view as we feasted. Highly recommend

Beautiful spot by the water with great food. We didn't try the lobster but certainly highly recommend the seafood chowder. Adequately priced and generous portion with scallops, fish and great broth. The hot combo included calamari rings, scallops and fish on a bed of thin cut fries. The place is rightfully popular, so expect a short wait if you go during peak hours like any successful restaurant. Absolutely nothing outrageous. As a bonus, they serve Van Diemen's Land ice cream.

Its all about the lobster roll, soft buns, with delicious lobster and salad. Lobster roll was so good we went back the next day. I wouldn't recommend the calamari and chips are ok - edible but not the best. The plus is you can see the fairy penguins from lobster shack at night!

Seafood chowder was the best I’ve tasted. Could actually see the seafood! Generous portion too. The lobster roll was really good too, could tell it was fresh lobster not the frozen type. And we had the scallops with chips. The batter on the scallops has to be the best I’ve had in a longgggg time. Would have gone again if we had stayed longer!
