Cool place. Lots of great food and drink options. Fairly easy to navigate and beats walking from northbrodge to the city via the horseshoe bridge!
This place continues to link the city to Northbridge seamlessly. It feels safe to walk through, is open and airy, with enough 'nooks and crannies' up and down, for it to remain interesting. Haven't walked through in summer heat but some shade will probably help.
Architecturally pleasing, we ended up in Yagan Square a few times whilst exploring Perth. There is a great cafe below and a decent playground on the very top level overlooking the City.
Haven't been to Perth Central at night for many years and Wow found Yagan Square a great spot to meet some friends, sit for a while to soak up the atmosphere then walked into the W.A. museum area to watch the great narrative/film show that was shown on the museum walls. Terrific. Was a lovely experience. Good on ya W.A.
A very relaxing place to rest and enjoy a few drinks and food. Being in the centre of Perth, there is hardly a dull moment during the night life. I visit once or twice a month. Always an enjoyable moment when at Yagan Square
Love the open area, you can sit down and chill, enjoy the sun. Love the food, Went to Shy John I had some sambal fried rice, crispy pork belly and prawn dumplings. Delicious 😋
Today I visit Yagan Square for the first time since it's completion. It wasn't crowded, possibly due to the time of day I chose, it was quite a lovely space to walkthrough and enjoy. The areas created would be perfect to sit and enjoy a short break in your busy day or to have a picnic lunch on a nice day as today was. Yagan Square makes a wonderful entrance to the CBD of Perth from busy Northbridge.
Visited Hiss & Smoke Japanese eatery in Yagan Square. We love the "Hiroshima" on their menu, had it twice and not disappointed second time around. Great for a quick lunch that packs a punch & is filling at the same time. Staff very friendly.
Very nice place good helpful staff meals were very nice well priced. Enjoyed will be back again for shore
Clean and tidy good to see a police presence so late in the night looking out for everyone.
