Overall, don’t bother. Service was well below par. Food was average. Friends food arrived after 1hr wait. We waited another 20mins only to be told that our order hadn’t come through. Quite unapologetic refund offered. Not recommended

Professional staff. We enjoyed the meals. Servings were large and staff were friendly. Nice night out. We will return. It gets very busy on Sunday mornings too so get in early :)

**Preface my partner is a Venue Manager and i was previously a Restaurant Manager before changingindustries** This venue, lacks professionalism. It is run by the owner directly which should tell you all you need to know there. Food was Syd city prices at ($23 for a big brekky-missing the 2nd sausage & hashbrown) it also came slowly 25 minutes, menus we had to fetch ourselves, table wasn't cleaned down between previous customer and us, and the owner come matre de could not make eye contact during interactions instead speaking to the floor or wall which was super odd. Pay for a front of house professional and watch your venue really blossom!

Wow, this has probably got to be the most mediocre cafe I've been to. They lay claim to being the oldest cafe in Katoomba but it really shows because it doesn't seem as they have innovated since opening. Took 30 mins to get coffee orders out and cafe was barely half full. Egg was so overcooked it was rubber, bacon was too chewy and milk bun which is supposed to be soft was hard and felt old. Menu was old and uninspiring.

The serve size was like kids meal. The taste was bland. Be aware it’s rip off

Really good! They do special orders, so you don't have to have chips with your meal. Food and drinks were really good, and the service was quick and friendly. We'll be back!
