Super place for a good family time or a scenic hike. One of the best places to experience Adelaide's autumn. Second week of April to say 1st week of May is the ideal time after which leaves will fall away.

Wonderful Bavarian style eating and drinking. Had the Hahndorf in deluxe platter- shared between 3 adults and 1 child. It filled us all up nicely! Wonderful meal! The nourish bowl was also very good - filling! Must book ahead if possible.

Great German food and beer and music. Our shared plate wasn't on the biggest side but for a starter acceptable. German style sausages, sauerkraut, mustard.. Small Germany in South Australia 🇩🇪

It was so busy being Easter Sunday but the staff were handling it amazingly. Food was incredible, so delicious. Lovely atmosphere. Look forward to going again next time we are in SA

Beautiful food, beer and atmosphere. $15 paddles were quite comparable price-wise to most you get, and the flavours were great. I loved the Weiss beer and the Schloss Hell I think it was called. The staff were really lovely and helpful. A little slow to order and in bringing out our food and drinks today but they only had two staff on the bar/checkout and it was busy. It was worth the wait. We had the large deluxe platter with pork knuckle, 2 wursts, mash, pretzels, sauerkraut, rissole and potato salad which fed our family of 6 (2 small kids, 2 bigger). Bathroom was clean. Outdoor seating was nice with the large tables. Lovely old style pub atmosphere inside too as we walked through to the loo.

Schnitzel was spectacular. Beer beautiful. Service was smashing. Hostess on the main door was brilliant! She deserves more money! Great lunch. Thank you one and all.

The famous Hahndorf inn premium platter was well rounded and great for sharing with four people. The Pork Knuckle was crispy on the outside and looked very impressive. The beer tasting flight was also worth doing.

An absolute tourist trap ... which is wonderful. So very festive especially when the musicians are there encouraging patrons to sing along. Lots of food choices and all yummy

Perfect authentic place to stop to experience German food and atmosphere 👍🏼The taste of Germany grill sharing plate was awesome. Very meaty! Beers were also a highlight!

Beautiful pork rib and meat with beer! Very satisfied dining experiences! Highly recommend 👍👍👍👍👍
