This Cafe is the best Cafe I've ever been to. There's so many options for a whole range of dietary requirements that I can feel confident I'm going to get a delicious meal every time I'm here. The staff are nice and the chef is brilliant. Today, I got to celebrate my birthday in the true style of the essence Cafe with the amazing vegan waffles 😍🤤 I'm already craving another

Nice and quiet with loads of GF options and tasty wedges. Only downside is if you seat yourself outside you will find the local wasp population slowly becoming fond of you and its very unsettling which cut our lunch short when they kept flying into my partners soup and our sour cream dip... Overall beautiful place

This place has now become my most favourite cafe. The food is amazing, with very generous portions and reasonably priced. They have an extensive menu, and everyone is catered for. The service is the best I have ever experienced, with very friendly and thoughtful staff. Very clean premises with plenty of seating inside and out. Also plenty of parking. A lovely atmosphere. I have visited all the cafes in the area, but this is a standout for me.

The food and service were good. Inside could do with some more soft furnishings because it was extremely loud when full of customers.

Absolutely amazing! It’s quite a popular spot and no wonder why, the food and coffee are delicious. Staff are very friendly and the menu has a lot to offer. 10/10 would recommend.

Best big breakfast my husband and I have had in a long time. It was cooked to perfection, bacon was crispy and not greasy, and a lot of it. The young ladies working in the cafe are very friendly and very thoughtful. Our waitress noticed me taking a photo of my husband and our dog so she came over and asked would I like her to take a photo of my husband and i . Was really nice she thought of it. The staff are an asset to the owner and the chef is very very good! The price is very reasonable for what you receive. It is worth every cent to drive from Adelaide to one of SA’s prettiest little towns nestled in the beautiful leafy Adelaide hills. Essence Cafe and Stirling we give you 11/10 x
