The Cheesecake Shop Beenleigh

I dont know what has happened to the choc strawberry tortes over the years. These used to be our favourite. Now there is nothing but minuscule amounts of jam or raspberry filling, the cake mixture seems to be an off brown color, with little or no icing on top. The swirls were taken away years ago, no doubt to cut costs. Each time i visit these cakes seem to have less on them everytime. Wont be returning to the cheesecake shops anymore.

Very helpful and engaged staff, made us a beautiful 21st cake with all kinds of extras. The cake was spectacular. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Very quickly redeemed the impression of a different location store. Highly recommend.

This business forgot to make my 11 year old sons cake for 2021 birthday party and forgot the Artwork in 2020. When I complained they did not really care and were quite rude and could not even give me a refund on the day. They also refused to help me out in any way because they were not managers???? No cake for our party sorry Son!! Not good enough Chase Cake Shop you ruined my son's party again! Don't trust these people they don't listen and certainty don't care.

We have been going to the Beenleigh store for years. Always great service. Tony and the staff are always friendly and helpful. But disappointed in the Flaked Chocolate cheesecake this week. Too many chocolate chips not flakes and no hint of citrus like before . Have to find another favourite.

Ordered a mudcake for my daughter’s 18th only 3 days before the event. Dior, the cake decorator, was very accommodating and helpful. The cake was an absolute work of art, delicious and blew everyone away at the party. They even helped me take the cake to my car. Great service

Great customer service and cakes. Have been here multiple times for different cakes. I have always been treated well with a smiling face and the cakes have been top notch. You definitely have yourself a loyal customer here. :)

The team at the Beenleigh Cheesecake Shop were incredibly kind and helpful. This is by far the best Cheesecake Shop that I have been to yet. Their cakes are wonderfully baked and decorated, better than I could have ever imagined. It is safe to say that I will be purchasing all my cakes and baked goods from this shop in the future.

The staff are always friendly the stores always clean. I love that as soon as you walk in the store you forget that you're in Beenleigh. The cakes here always taste way better than other Cheesecake shops I've been too.
