We actually ended up having dinner here two nights in a row. Thursday evening just the two of us then we brought friends for the Friday evening. We were in town to see Hamilton and always stay in Kirribilli.
Clearly we really enjoyed the food, staff and atmosphere. My bride is a small eater so the small share plate idea suits her well. I, on the other hand, also enjoy the concept even though I am a big eater. The food layered perfectly, building flavours with each course. On Friday we did the banquet and it was great, if served a little quickly. The only fault for me, was the corn, just an odd choice, each to his own. I found nothing overpowering the course before. All unique, flavoursome and interesting on their own. Frankly I happily go back for either the oysters or the dessert.
Staff where welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Nicely decorated with a lovely mix of ages in attendance. Music was eclectic and too loud.
Congrats to the wait staff and most certainly the kitchen.
