Such a cosy place! Came here when it was snowing and it was the perfect pit stop. Service was great, food came out fast and so tasty! Drinks were also amazing. Ordered the “up and smoke” cocktail - worth the money for the smoky show! Thank you guys!

Great food and staff that check on you to see how everything is. I cannot speak more highly of this place. I had the Australian Whiskey flight which was fantastic, and I followed this up with the brisket! I will definitely be returning!

Great food, great service, the staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. An overall great experience. Thank you. We normally get a share plate and enjoy various cocktails. The one in the picture is the last on the menu. Can't remember the name but it tasted very good. I also enjoyed a riverside stout. The stout is probably the reason I forgot the name of the cocktail 😊

Came for BBQ drove an hour thinking how good it would be ... but no chicken, no beef, no ribs nothing smoked at all... just burgers and chips and sides ... not even all the deserts were available. Under staffed and large group upstairs came down several times for drinks because they had no wait staff.... had a drink and a slice of pecan pie and left . Pizza on the way home was a small reprieve. Sadly I have other BBQ places much closer who will happily feed my belly.

Went to this place on Saturday and absolutely loved the dine in experience. The ambience was really amazing and the burgers were very tasty. Helpful and polite staff. Overall it was a great experience!

Perfect atmosphere amazing food and a good selections of cocktails and drinks. We had the tasting plater and the meats we all cooked to perfection. Highly recommend and would go back in a blink.

The food was great, excellent choices on the menu for meat eaters. Good selection of beers too. Rock music. Fast service. Friendly staff. Great decor. Was a bit dark but give your eyes a few minutes to focus and you'll be able to read the menu. I had the beef cheeks and the brisket loaded fries, great stuff and great value.

A lovely cosy place with live music and excellent customer service. Food and drinks awesome and price reasonable. Just one little piece of feedback. I was sitting at a table with normal height seats behind a table with others on bar seats. It was a bit disappointing as I couldn't see the band too well. Maybe swapping these tables around would be good. But had a great night otherwise. Cheers.

This has to be one of the coolest spots in Katoomba. Nice and dark and moody inside, the music isn’t too loud either. Our server was super friendly and fun, gave us a great feeling. We tried a lot of the cocktails and beers and enjoyed everything we ordered. The food was good too, hit the spot on a cold winter night.

The Bootlegger Bar is a worthwhile visit if you’re in Katoomba and looking for a meaty meal. Or just beers. Service was quick and the food was solid. Would recommend.
