Good food and for the money

A decent, friendly Cafe. The staff is extremely helpful and serves with a broad smile. Reasonable prices with variety of breakfast options...for adults as well as children. Has a clean toilet too...

Great burger Great price great service

Considering this business continued to trade as others were closed during the shut down, the quality and quantity of the food has fallen drastically. We have eaten here twice this week and the chips were poorly cooked and the quanity certainly not value for money. We will eat else where. Picture included here shows the line for Lg chips and gravy. Tried again a few weeks later(8/2) for snitz and chips and it only gets worse. Gravy now not moving in the container: Is it old? Is it how it's been prepared? Texture of glag. So disappointed as the food was great when it first opened. Who's not caring? Pictures included are of warm gravy. How many times do you give the local a chance before you Stop buying food there???? 20/6/21 They have done their Dash with this house hold of 6 adults. We purchased 4 large chips and gravy (take away) and one kransky, $49. From $7 up to $10.95 for the chips and gravy each. The chips were of poor quality and quantity reduced again. We are locals and will not EVER shop here again. I would recommend to travelers to stop in Truro (5 min up the road), at the Weigh Bridge take away. This town has petrol, Sunrise bakery. The Big Grill take away is about the money not the customer. They can't even keep regular staff. That is telling. I look forward to the new take away outlets currently under construction on the highway.

There's a fantastic feed to be had here. Staff were excellent each time. Quick, friendly service and the food was generous serve and really tasty. I've had the monster Angus schnitzel and a big kahuna chicken schnitzel burger. Highly recommended. Thanks!!!

Whoever the lady is that was working at the Big Grill at 11pm Friday 19th Feb 2021 is a superstar. On by herself she smashed out orders one after the other with military precision. She was doing the job of three people and remained calm, professional and friendly. Wish i had asked her name. I hope management/owners know what a fantastic employee they have and i hope she is rewarded and respected for her hard work. She deserves a medal and i cant believe she was doing everything on her own. Amazing. You go girl 👊 Oh and the food she served up was top notch 👍

Ordered Bacon & Egg Wraps. Looked inside _ no fresh egg as you would imagine but a gross mess of what we took to be powdered egg. Even that's in doubt as it was grey, not pale yellow. Absolutely disgusted

Absolutely fantastic staff, friendly and quick service. Great value for money with a wide selection of meals available. Burgers are amazing.
