Michael is a dick though

Outstanding service! My friends and I loved the high energy and music and love some staff. German music was fun! We were greeted by Matt at front desk who was full of energy and actually cared. You could see his fun and passion. Beer was good and food amazing! Just need to have drink a little more fast.

The Bavarian is a great place to go for a meal and a drink we often head here for special occasions have celebrated a few birthdays here. While everything I have had here has always been nice my favourite is their pork belly absolutely divine.

Great place, the best deep fried pickles I've ever had. Got the Jack Daniels meal combo for two with my husband. So much food we couldn't finish it (and that's never happened). All so delicious. Only downfall was the loud live music that was almost deafening.

Food and service pretty good, liked that you can order food and drinks from your table.

My first time to this Beer Hall and it was amazing. Matt looked after our large group and made sure the night was special. Birthday girl even got a happy birthday and a birthday shot. We were not easy so a big pat on the back to him and the other guy who constantly made sure we had a drink and food as it was hectic as hell.

Came with my parents and boyfriend. totally confused by how we get food and drinks. The girl at front desk said on the code on the table but we could not understand it or is wasn't working. Dad went to bar and was told to use the code and then another girl brought us a menu. Dad ended up getting a drink at the bar and we left. Was very sad as we had visited the Parramatta store last year and it was great food.

Fay, Guilherme and the rest of the team made the party very special. Good food, drinks at reasonable prices, outstanding service, fun atmosphere and the best view in the city! Great to see Bavarian offering opportunities for international students as well. I will be recommending and coming back!

GUI has provided us with the best customer service anyone could ever ask for. Polite, passionate, informative, knows the menu off the top of his head, wrote it down for us when no menu’s were available. Done everything he possibly could to make our experience second to none. I will be back simply from his service. This is from a customer who once gave this a 1 star review from service. I’d hire him and have him as part of my team any day of the week. Keep this gem

This place used to be outstanding. The view is and some aspects still are. We got off to a rough start on Saturday but Angela was fantastic amongst a sea of turbulence. The band didn't play much and definitely were not excited to be there. They used to be! The majority of staff were robots and rude, they also all don't speak english amongst themselves. The online food ordering system really puts me off. Takes ages and your drinks just unhygienically sit on a bar with customers talking and coughing all over them. This must break covid rules? I complained numerous times and finally spoke to a male manager who sympathised with us, he was great! Again, highlight was Angela.
