Could be improved upon. Overall, nice place to eat at..staff pleasant. Prices a bit on the high side..but no complaints overall.

Food average. Over cooked and dry. Service terrible. QR code for ordering and is painful. Due to lack of interaction with staff there is no accountability when it comes to meals and drinks arriving late, if at all. Overpriced for the quality of food and service.

The food was good and reasonable price. I cannot really complain there. Team was friendly and upbeat. They also asked if they could take your plates when the time came to ensure we were finished. The interior was quite pretty with all the lights and barrels. The only reason why I have deducted 1 star is because you order via scanning a QR Code on the side of the napkin box. Which takes you to app.meandu.com, at the bottom of your invoice you will find a venue surcharge and a payment service fee. If you are not paying attention you will also have given a tip to the waiters. And you pay up front. Then if you want more latter you go through QR Code again and repeat. Each tables QR is connected to the table number also. We had to upgrade some of our older parties phones before they could order as we were not aware of this prior to coming. I understand from a business point of view why this change was good, however if i wanted to order online i would have dined in at home. Another reminder that people are slowly becoming replaced by computers. Outside of that it was a good dining experience and I will visit again...just a little more prepared.

Booked online, great online menu but difficult to actually order seems to double up on everything selected, extras to main meal arrived 30 minutes before main meal, signature dishes not served as depicted on online menu. Staff hmm well it's hard to find good staff. Booking for 6 given a jug of table water and two glasses. Overall pretty disappointing 😞 Save your money
