Staff rude, seemed like I was disturbing them. Oh and pretentious. Go somewhere else, plenty of other pubs clise by and are worth your time.
Great food that's incredibly morish, that's well priced and competitively priced drinks.

Great place in a great location to catch up with friends for a few drinks or a quiet night.
Food was decent, but then went to order drinks after our dinner. Asked for 4 Americanos, bartender said “what’s that”. Ruined the mood of the night.

great pub with fun Newtown atmosphere. Thai food out the back is fantastic, not cheap but lots of plates are for sharing so dont over order. A must to visit when shopping on King st.
This is a must visit venue in Newtown which isn't too hard as you'd have to be blind to miss it. Brilliant location, great food, great drink selection from local brews to international faves and some very friendly bar staff. Gets pretty busy Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights but on a hot day this place is hard to go past. The courtyard is beautifully done and another one of those establishments that makes Newtown great.
Decent food, burgers are quite good if a little on the pricey side, and a brilliant beer garden area downstairs out the back. Selection of beers is as expected. Overall, good pub!

Get in past the public bar, wander off into our amazing beer garden and try the finest craft beers in town with out twelve taps from Uncle Hops.
