Thanon Khao San Thai Restaurant

Tasty food but hygiene of the restaurant needs to be improved... Came here specifically for the raw prawns but my friend saw a cockroach crawling on the wall behind me while we were eating, we sat near the kitchen so we would assume the cockroach came from the kitchen. Unfortunately that made us feel sick and the meal was not enjoyable anymore :( Would've given a five star if it wasn't because of the cockroach.

Authentic Thai food. Great place for yummy food after 9pm. Eaten here many times. Curry, noodles, prawns, chicken... All yummy. Love the coconut ice cream. Pleasant live singer and guitarist.

Overall: - Staffs and service are efficient. - Pretty cozy atmosphere. - Food is pretty average. But if you want a small hotpot in the middle of winter, this is a good run. Noodle soup is another option. (we ordered sea food crispy noodle, pork intestine, green curry which not include steam rice). - Price is not expensive at all !! Totally 51.70 for our order.

Love the vibe and sheer authentic atmosphere this place exudes! Food’s great, hot spicy is the standard, can be a bit sweet but that’s thai for you! Live music was an added plus and it’s very popular with the locals!!! Thank you for a great night!

Almost gave a 4 stars due to grumpy young waitress but the green hair waitress save the day. Food was fantastic, as close to Thailand food as you can get! clean and well maintained. Great atmosphere. Highly recommended!!! :)

Very nice atmosphere and friendly wait staff. The food tasted really good and was very well priced for the location. Very large range on the menu aswell. Would highly recommend visiting!

Veg‘s good. Chicken wing was good especially when it just served. First try of raw prawn, kind of flour texture.

Food n services are good, nice cool place, unfortunately there was a noisy long table, we did not to enjoy the dinning experience, there is an unplug band, nice music. Actually I was gonna give 4 stars but that long table had affected my decision. The owners should at least tell the crowd to quiet down.

Good vibe, feels like Thailand the inside atmosphere of the restaurant. Desserts at the front of the shop was the best 🙏🇨🇷❤

Sensational food and service. But I must comment on the decor, that transports you to another world. I really enjoyed my meal, but even more, the atmosphere.
