Tempus Two

First off, I would like to commend Kris for being an absolute AMAZING host! She is so personable and kind! You can tell she loves her job and she took her time to explain everything that we were tasting! If you plan on going for a wine tasting in the Hunter, I recommend Tempus Two and ask for Kris!! Great wine, moscato and hospitality!!! Could recommend this place 10/10

We had heard about the winery as we were entering the Hunter Valley and it is a part of the Roche Estate within the Hunter. As we walked in, we signed in and made sure we adhered to covid restrictions and social distancing. As we were seated, we met the wonderful Kris who wiped down the surfaces to ensure it was sanitised. As soon as we sat down, she provided us a full list of the wines and beverages available and asked what we had preferred. Once given our preferences, Kris arranged for us to try 5 different drinks, consisting on what we preferred. We immediately bought a bottle of Moscato after trying it, after this experience, she had my partner try and dessert wine which he loved and we both enjoyed the Dolce Rosa! Throughout the experience, she was full of information and knowledge about the area as well as the beverages she was giving. She even made me try a wine I would usually stray away from and I'm glad that she did! Afterwards, she gave us recommendations for different places worthwhile to visit while in the Hunter Region and when she didn't know, she was quick to ask someone else to get the correct information for us. The overall time we spent here was filled with information, tasting and laughter, which was nice as wine tasting can sometimes be daunting if you haven't been before, but this was comfortable for us and started our trip off on a good note. I highly recommend this place for modern and traditional aesthetic, wonderful service and staff and overall affordability and experience. Well done Tempus Two, you were amazing and thank you Kris, for everything!

Myself and a group of friends had a fabulous wine tasting lead by Kris. Kris really catered to out individual tastes and we all felt so taken care of. Only a few of us thought we liked wine going into this experience and we all left feeling comfortable and confident that we did in fact like wine we just hadn't tried the right one. We definitely will be returning and would recommend Tempus two and Kris to anyone especially if you still haven't found the wine for you.

Amazing wine and service! After visiting so many wineries over the past coupes of days none of them really 'wowed' us, until tempus two! Anthony was super helpful and gave us a proper tasting experience. We ended up becoming members and I think it was mostly because of the wine being delightful ... but also because Anthony was passionate, patient and informative!!

Had a great time! Was going to wedding so only got to visit one winery but made the right choice. Nathan was fantastic and very knowledgeable! Looking forward to my wine next quarter.

Absolutely incredible wines and service, big thank you to Kris who was super informative and so much fun - we didn’t want to leave! A highlight of the trip and a wonderful way to celebrate a 21st.

Amazing wine tasting experience at here....had a lovely chat with the lovely lady who came from Brunei... great customer service!! Love her !!

We arrived at the cedar door at 4.15pm and asked if we were too late and was told no come in. Sat down for tasting and the guy that served us only said these words ‘flat or bubbly’ we replied bubbles With that we got a sample of something that we had to asked what it was. Nothing explained or even a conversation. Then past on to a women as he wanted to go back to what he was doing before. With no apology to us at all. We were asked what we would like to taste which she got, but then went off to answer and talk on the phone. That was the worst customer service at a cedar door we experienced. Previous we had been at Peterson’s and Brokenwood which had excellent customer service.

Amazing service by Kris. Not going to lie we came in a little tipsy and she was awesome. She knew what we liked and the type of wine we were interested in and was so calm and collected with us. Ask for her. Highly recommend. Great service and so friendly 🙂

Perfect place for wine tasting when in hunter valley .They have a varieties of selection wine from their signature Cabernet Merlot to rarely heard gewürztraminer. Very welcoming customer service team members. Also there couple of restaurants in the site.
