The master chef learned his Chinese cuisine from several Executive Chefs who have worked for 5-star hotels in Hong Kong. He also worked for 15 years in many first-class Cantonese Seafood Restaurants in Melbourne before moving to Sydney. His specialties are the Lobster and Crab dishes.
