Taste of North India

Very difficult to locate using Google maps . That said, when we did manage to find it best Indian I've had in ages and I highly recommend the butter chicken.

We had dinner ( 2 people) last night. Ordered mixed entree, garlic nan, chicken vindaloo and egg fried rice. We enjoyed the food and the ambience of the restaurant. The lady who took the served the food was very polite and had a lovely smile. Fair price for the good food.

The best Indian place I've been to in Coffs, great staff and great food which is decently priced.

Great taste. Never had home like flavour in restaurants before. Very warm and welcoming staff.

Good food and attentive service We had a lovely meal at this local restaurant. The food was good and the staff were friendly and attentive. We did think that the portion sizes were a little slim, but the prices were reasonable and BYO wine was a plus!

One of the worst restaurants we have been to (and we love trying out restaurants). The waitress who served us as well as a couple of workers at the restaurant were extremely rude treating us (a party of 5) as if we were eating for free. The food was served as if it was thrown towards us, etc. and the way they spoke too was extremely rude. Some of the food was ok but the food was overpriced for its flavour and quality. Would never visit this place again and would never recommend for all the above reasons. When we made the complaint regarding the waitress who was so rude, even that was not taken properly. Poor customer care, overpriced food that’s just meh!

Delicious food. But not satisfied about customer service. Middle aged waitress behave so rude and it's not acceptable at all.

All the restaurants were doing a good trade and most were booked out, so we settled on Taste of North India. We were seated a one of a number of tables on the footpath and were given water and a complimentary basket of pappadams to enjoy while we perused the menu. Everything is nice.

Ordered takeaway. food was good but i was told 30min and over an hour later i picked up the food, asked for popadums and got charged $4 for them. opportunity to rectify slow service lost for $4....
