Went for a few drinks Saturday night with friends was ruined by a security guard who would not let us have a Ben and Jerry’s tub cheese cake unopened it was apparently not allowed in the premises so we left The venue has now lost not only the night’s income from us but we will never return My advice is to educate these security swinging macho men on representing the business in a professional polite manner and do what they are employed to do keep the peace and not chase away patrons for a tub of ice cream (small one by the way )

Couldn't recommend this place higher, extremely nice food and drinks, very friendly staff 5/5 will definitely be back

The actions and attitude of security staff (particularly thesecurity guard with no. 700 badge) turned a great night out with friends into a very bitter experience, not only for our group but many others casually enjoying their night. I'd recommend ending the current security contract (especially after reading many other reviews) and making sure all staff are more explicit about the closing time, as many people had drinks taken out of their hands with no prior warning or explanation.

It's a great place to catch up with friends & have sneaky drink or two, they offer a awesome range of beverages & even an acoustic guitar for the brave...defs going back 😎

Nice bar with good food options. Aggressive security trying to hurt people puts a dampener on the atmosphere. Besides gigantor and his child like red headed mate this is a good venue and would attend again
