The Tao symbol is more commonly recognized as the yin and yang symbol. The word Tao translates as "path" or "way" (of life). Taoist propriety and ethics emphasizes compassion , moderation and humility whilst Taoist thought generally focuses on nature, the relationship between humanity and the cosmos, health and longevity, and wu wei (action through inaction), which is thought to bring harmony with the universe. At Tao Cafe our aim is to bring you a relaxed, modern and casual atmosphere where you can catch up with your friends to enjoy a variety of foods, with the freshest ingredients from three different nations. At Tao you can watch fresh sushi being prepared and placed on a sushi train. You can choose from a wide selection of plates for as little as $2.50 Per plate. Our sushi chef is constantly updating and putting new items on the train such as Oysters With Chilli and Cod Roe or Teriyaki Scallops.
