Great selection of delicious Indian sweets. Wish there was more signage explaining the pricing of the different items, and what they are for the non Indians. As it is, you go in, point at things, and pay what they tell you at the till.
Recently, we had catering done for my sister’s wedding and other functions by Taj. I am extremely happy with the quality of their food, very competitive prices and their service and care. It was obvious to see that they had put their heart into their job. After attending my sister’s wedding, no surprise, I now have several family friends who are already planning to book Taj for the catering of their own upcoming functions. Grrrrreeeeeaaatttt job Taj!! Big thanks !! Nikita
I have always a very good experience with this restaurant. First time I went to have Navratri fast thhali. It was so yumm and the quality and quantity was really great. Today again we went for poori sabji and it was really good experience. I did not ask the name of the girl who took our order and who served, but both were amazing. I would definitely go to this place again.
No water been served on table until asked, always forgets "Tea" in the order. Happened 3rd time in the row. Food is good.
So many sweets and savouries. Great service. Highly recommended
Always serve good, honest food. I like their chaats, parathas and makki roti + saag. Reminds of North Indian vaishno dhabas. Never tried their sweets.
Authentic food , good customer service and a place where you can visit every time .
Very poor service! The lady at the till needs to get off the phone and concentrate on customer service! Ordered some food with Masala tea. Had to ask for food then when food came asked for tea. Finished the food still no tea. When asked again was told its busy. At 4pm with only 3 other customers I dont call busy! Asked to cancel the tea. The lady just opened the till and handed the money no apology as she was still on the phone. Came from Canberra and what a disappointment. Never again. We ended up buying sweets from another place on the streets.
