Nice new cozy Vietnamese restaurant. They serve probably the best pho I have ever had in Sydney. The aromatic soup has rich flavour but still tastes “light”. And it’s really amazing that they use chicken legs for the chicken pho, which definitely gives much better texture! (Most restaurants use chicken breast.) Their crispy chicken is amazing as well!! Really crispy! Also, their food is good value as the portion of everything is big! I tried my best, but I still couldn’t finish a bowl of pho, which doesn’t normally happen.😧 The service was nice as well. The staff was friendly and considerate! Will definitely visit again!! By the way, their eftpos machine was out of order, not sure when it will be available. Better to prepare some cash to make everyone’s life easier. (They do also offer bank transfer as an option.)

Several issues with this new Viet restaurant that just opened. Front of staff is not following NSW Covid procedures and wearing a face mask, which is mandatory at the moment. This place is cash only. The food is ok and not too bad. However, the listed issues above will not have me revisit anytime soon.

I’ve tried out a few eateries in Flemington but this new addition to the Vietnamese good scene hands down the best in the area. Great Hue beef noodles and great service.

The best crispy chicken I have ever had, and the bun bo hue is excellent too.

Had Bun Bo Hue here for the first time and it was love at first sight. The broth is clean and flavorful. All the meat toppings are tender and delicious. The store looks clean and new. You can see the kitchen from the hall so you can feel the transparency of how your food is made. Price on the menu is very reasonable. Can definitely visit again!

This place is Amazing! Really delicious food (especially rare beef pho & crispy chicken with tomato rice). The staff are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Came here for lunch. Short walk from Bankstown train station. Came in and was greeted in Vietnamese. Prices relatively cheap and portions were surprisingly big. Free tea also. They do not accept card, so must pay in cash. Missus wasn't too fond of her wonton noodle soup but she loved crispy chicken with tomato rice. Overall pleasant experience 👍
