Sushi Hub Fairfield

Bought two sushi rolls and asked the girl to cut them up for me. She gave me a bad look and then cut them so badly that they fell apart. When I went to eat, I realised she didn't even cut them through to the bottom so it was basically useless. Seriously, it takes two seconds to cut the sushi, why act so salty? She's def in the wrong job if she doesn't like cutting sushi for customers.

I get the salmon and avocado, tuna and avocado regularly. It’s always fresh. Recommend.

Very poor customer services and rude staff. I went there and one of the staff wasn’t happy at all when she served me. She didn’t even smile once and gave me an unhappy face when I told her wait a min to call my sister. Also, she didn’t wear mask at that time, which made me feel Unsafe!!!!!

Good place to pick up a good sushi box for lunch . Tasty and fresh. Customer service from girl with orange hair is not very friendly though . She never ever smiles . But the sushi is good . Service with a smile would make it a whole lot better .

So bad, that I had to walk out!!! The rice in the sushi, needs to be "fluffy" and not hard. Then, my favourite, being tuna, needs to be "fluffy", and not have that disgusting "fishy" taste. When it's "fluffy" it doesn't get caught in your throat, and have you almost choke. Nothing, food wise, in this shopping centre, is any good at all. It is amusing, for the premises, to want me to contact them, regarding my feedback. Here's a tip guys- Try your own sushi. Then spend some money and go and try proper sushi. If your trying to save money, by buying low quality goods, then expect to deserve comments like these. Life is not about trying to save and accumulate money. It's about passion, and if your food has no passion, go study or do something you love doing.

Had the Salmon Deluxe today and was delicious. Next time I'll try the Vegetarian. Thanking you.

Sandwiches r always outstanding here

I usually ask for a fresh batch of sushi without the mayo due to my son's allergies. They have always been happy to accommodate my requests. Very helpful staff.
