Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely subway. The service is unmatched. The owner Andrew truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Highly recommended!

Rotten spinach, smelly sun dried tomatoes, and very old bread. Summarized my visit in 1 line. Not recommended to anyone. Only best and fresh subway is at westfield knox just infront of it. The guy with a big beard was clueless of what he was doing. Was being rude to customers and on top of it was very misbehaving towards the delivery drivers coming in to pickup the orders. Not recommended to anyone. Please avoid if you can.

The worst subway I have ever visited. Very rude owner and treats the staff like slaves.

Clearly this store has had new owners, the old owners were fantastic and had great staff. New ones are rubbish! They run out of food, understaffed and care more about online orders than people in store. Been going here for years multiple times as week you have lost a 6 plus year customer.

Door says open till midnight, I' here 11pm and noone to be seen.

Great service by the staff, always very polite and accommodating. The new owner Andre even know most regular customers by name and thier food preference which makes you feel that they value you business.

Worst behaviour with the Uber drivers food is not ready yet when drivers arrived and talking nonsense on Uber drivers and saying food won’t be prepared until uber drivers arrived then why Uber is giving preparation time for subway

Stay away if you a driver delivery pick up with this store so laziest staff, the staff always waiting driver coming just prepare the food always when coming pick up sleepy face or excuse saying driver late or asking driver cancel order! Shame with the owner hiring a lazy staff! Other store subway always food are ready when driver arriving pick up! (To all customer order on delivery if your food big late coz this store staff lazy to prepared food) “To owner Pls take note your unprofessional Arabian staff “

Got half a subway and was charged for a full one Didn’t take notice till l checked my bank Wasn’t toasted properly so tasted terrible , Ended up throwing it to the birds , won’t go back there !
