I've been here a few times and I must say the food and coffee were always good. The staff are friendly and helpful. I like sitting outside soaking in the morning sun at the tree table. The cafe gets busy by 9 ish. If you don't want to wait for a table, you have to come early. Today I had pancakes with extra bacon and it's 10 out of 10!

Went for a nice breakfast ordering muesli and eggs Benedict. Both were very nice, I am not a fan of the muffin for eggs Benedict and prefer a sour dough or similar but that’s me, the tomato jam added a nice flavour for something different. Order at the counter and food comes in good time, coffee was good.

The Squeeze & Grind Beef burger- possibly the best beef burger I've tested in the macarthur region!

Ive never known Salt and Pepper squid to be any more than the "batter-dipped" kind until I tried what Squeeze & Grind had to offer. The squid was seasoned and cooked to perfection. It was complimented with pickles, a zesty home-made tartar sauce and a charred lemon. Hands-down, this was the best Salt & Pepper squid I've ever had.

Like this place. Setting is good inside and out, which is good with different weather condition. Have had both breakfast and lunch, and both menus are good; particular breakfast. Prices are reasonable for the standard items. Stumbled on this spot near the end of the shopping precinct. What a great surprise!
