SoCo Kitchen & Bar Wollongong

This place is definitely full of soul! The food was absolutely fantastic, took us right back to New Orleans. Service was amazing, very personal and friendly, we had the brisket, the gumbo and the buffalo nuggets. They’ve treated my partner to a shot of birthday cake flavoured vodka for his bday. Will be definitely coming back when we visit the gong again!

Great little American themed restaurant. They sell a huge range of soft drinks and have some super tasty fried chicken dishes that you will love. Also get the lieutenant dan cocktail. It's delicious and potent

I only first heard about these guys thru word of mouth at work and I'm glad I did! My husband and I stopped in for lunch today, Amy has great service and the food... amazing!!! Glad we got to finally try this place out and can't wait to return. Their menu has loads to offer, food and drink wise. We both left in a food coma Hands down best value for money for some comfy food

Oh my gosh wollongong has been hiding this restaurant for too long!! This restaurant is beyond amazing,they have great vibes, the food was beyond fantastic and they have the best service we have had in forever. The server/bartender was phenomenal and was more then happy to answer any questions we had about everything on the menu including cocktails. The drinks were reasonably priced and tasted phenomenal and you can tell that pride is taken in the menu. The serving sizes of the food were quite large and really reasonably priced, the food was fantastic and full of flavour!! We will be back for sure!!!!

Southern Hospitality in Wollongong, its their brief and it is what they deliver. Perfect venue to have some food with people you love especially on a cold rainy night. Menu is perfect size because everything is delicious and cooked to perfection, flavours are perfectly balanced If you don't get lucky enough to get in their take away hold up nicely and are still delicious.

The food here was exceptional. There were so many great things to try on the menu. It would be good to go with a few people so you could share and try a variety of things. I definitely recommend the Southern fried chicken burger. They have homemade hot sauces and American drinks. The service was very friendly too.

The best restaurant in town in my opinion! Amy i think her name was, was super lovely and had great customer service that is so welcoming. the vibe and style of the whole place is just absolutely perfect! not to mention the food! the food was beyond delicious and really great priced as well... will defiantly be coming back, thanks guys!

A range of American and Mexican food which was high quality and at a good price. Workers are really helpful and lovely which made our experience even more enjoyable. Probably one of the best restaurants in Wollongong or even in the Illawarra. If anyone is interested or stuck with any ideas of where to eat, please try this restaurant. I guarantee you will have the same experience with me and along with other customers who have been here!!!

Can’t recommend Soco Kitchen enough!! The chicken burger makes my mouth water thinking about it! We get takeaway almost once a month and it is always impeccable and so fresh. Amy is always so lovely and an excellent host. Hands down one of my favourite places in Wollongong.

Hands down the best burgers/ comfort food/ all found good times I've ever had, in a small, local and warm atmosphere. The whole team at soco are so warm and welcoming, Wollongong is lucky to have such a high calibre eatery in our city. Well done guys ❤️
