Smith's purpose is to celebrate local culture and provide a safe and comfortable place for it to be developed, presented and appreciated. Open most days of the year, we hope to have something happening on every one of those days, including: music, comedy, burlesque, theatre, literary events, cabaret, vaudeville, art gallery openings, performance art, dance parties... there is no limit to what we will host here. We believe in community which flourishes, we think, from generosity of spirit and love and compassion for all people and creatures, regardless.
