My review is based on an extremely poor visit and the fact that the management haven’t even responded to me. I’ve been here several times before and it’s always been ok but on this particular occasion, it all went wrong, very overcooked food, food all came at different times so was mostly cold as well, wrong coffee order received and charged for, lengthy wait for everything and certainly not value for money. We paid $92 for a drink and a small meal for 3 out of the 4 of us. We didn’t address this whilst dining due to unable to attract any staffbut did when we paid and the member of staff found it amusing to Which we pointed out it wasn’t . A more senior member of staff stood on watching but did not intercede. I followed this up with an email but never received a response. Such a shame as their ethos and training sector is to be applauded

Friendly service, delicious house made choc chip muffins, not a bad coffee either. Id definitely go back for the muffins. Operated by volunteers, all profits go to charity.

One of the best places locally to grab a quick coffee and bite. Staff are always professional and friendly!
