Meals tasty, comprehensive menu and prompt friendly service. They look after gluten free clients well. Just need to fix their coffee machine

1 star coz can't give anything less. First time to Siam with kids coz didn't get booking at our favorite Thai restaurant, Paradiso Road. Took more than 1 hour to be served. By then everyone was tired and couldn't enjoy food. When complained abt the service the lady owner was very rude and racist. Stated we wouldn't understand coz we not Thai. Gave us discount never apologized and was very rude. Even my 6 year old rated it as worst service ever. If you want to be called racist, want to wait for hours, like to be unwelcomed, treated like s*%t, Siam is the place to go. Very unprofessional, rude and ungrateful. Overbooked during restrictions in the function room with nominal staff. Highly not recommended, specially with kids.

My colleague and I went there for lunch, and when we sat down, my colleague kindly asked for the blinds to be pulled down as it was hard to see due to the glare. The owner of the restaurant stormed through the restaurant to the windows and glared at my colleague who is of Asian descent, and said, 'You are lucky to have a table in Australia' and gave my colleague a hatred look which I think was undeserving. I had my back to the lady so I didn't actually hear what the owner said, and If I did, I would have said something. My meal was disgusting, my beef Pad See Ewe: tasted like it had been cooked a week ago. I wouldn't be surprised if I get food poisoning. The business owner should not be allowed to operate as her behaviour towards us as customers was inexcusable.

Went there for a team lunch and had a great feed. Lots of great classic Thai menu items. Was pretty busy for the lunch rush so big groups should book ahead.

**terrible owner and food** We are the regulars of this restaurant but we will never go back again! We went there for lunch. As it was sunny outside and we asked if they could pulled down the blinds. The waitress pulled down a little bit of the blinds but it was still too bright. We asked if she could pull down more but she was reluctant and we didn't want to push her. Instead we asked if we could swap to another table so my colleague and I could face inside the restaurant not outside. The waitree was ok with it. As we were moving to the other table, the owner of the restaurant stormed through the restaurant to the windows and started shouting and yelling, and said, 'We are very busy, you are lucky to find a table in Australia'. The restaurant was only 1/3 full at the time. She gave me this evil look the whole time. My colleague's meal was disgusting, the beef in the Pad See Ewe was inedible. We got a beef take away too and there was this aweful smell from the beef too and we had to throw it away! Before we left and I spoke to the waitress: "it's very sad because we are the regulars." She apologised but there is nothing she could do. I feel hurt being mistreated on top of losing someone dear last week. I was shocked and did not know how to response at that time. But this is not ok! I am sharing it because mistreatment is not ok! We rang the restaurant afterwards, unfortunately we had to speak to 3 different people and the owner was not nice and the chef was feeling offended because we threw away his food. The owner kept saying we wanted a table of 4 and they are busy but this is not true! They remember us being the regulars and always order the same thing. Unforunately the beef from yesterday were all inedible in both our dine-in and take away dishes. I think they should check on their beef instead of the blaming. The flavours was ok it's the beef yesterday that was awful. There was this nice gentleman speaks better English and tried to explain the owner is not very fluent in English and apologized. He asked what do we want to do with this. Unfortunately none of us want to go back to the restaurant. Treating your customers like this is not ok and we are even the regulars. That just show how much they don't care about their customers which is very sad. I used to work in hospitality industry and it is vital to the business! After reading the comments from Google review and I noticed numerous complaints about the owner. I only feel sorry for the poor waitress.

We have been visiting this restaurant for more than 10 years. Food and service was always good however this time the food was excellent.. Apparently the owner herself was cooking on our last visit.. Much tastier.. Highly recommended..

Tasty food, great prices. Big enough for a few party gatherings yet not too big to loose an intimate setting. Friendly staff.

Siam Village is a family run Thai restaurant. We emphasise fresh foods and use ingredients from our own locally grown herb garden. We are a full service restaurant that seats over 80 people. The upstairs VIP room can seat up to 30 for private bookings. We also have a very popular home delivery service any you can book directly from our website.
