Best place for supper. The Shujinko Ramen and the Karaage Chicken are really amazing. Love em
They apply a 10% surcharge on weekends which is not verbally mentioned or anything. When I picked up on it, they pointed to a very fine print on a sign at the entrance. I meam I understand public holiday surcharges but not " weekends surcharges" there are much better places to spend your hard earned cash put it this way.
Very overrated. It's just a normal Japanese restaurant with average tasting ramen. It's not bad but it's not the best. I also noticed that there is not much quality control in the taste of broth. My partner's broths taste was noticeably different to mine suggesting lack of standardisation in the creation of dishes. The decor is mediocre and not how hyped it was said to be. I reckon all the really good reviews are when this place just opened when things were new or the quality of food was better. A new restaurant is always worth a try but I wouldn't come back here. But don't trust my opinion, come have a try yourself.
Two of us came to Shujinko Japanese Ramen Restaurant on a Tuesday for lunch. We ordered the Shujinko Ramen and Karaage Don. The food was delicious and the customer service was excellent. Thank you so much to the waiters, chefs and all staff involved!
Delicious
Best Ramen in Melbourne 🤩🤩
All menus are delicious and all staff are friendly. Especially, Rogier always checks the table for what it needs. :) Thanks a lot 💚
Great noodles, even better broth. Karakuchi had enough kick to it without being overbearing. Portion was quite filling.
I loved the ramen, the broth everything was perfect just wished it was a little bit hotter but it was still pretty good.
Excellent ramen and well worth waiting for a seat at this popular ramen spot. Staff are friendly and helpful. If there is a queue, go in first and get your name on the waiting list. Ingredients are fresh, tasty and perfectly cooked. Try the Australian made lychee cider was crisp and not too sweet.
My meal was just as delicious as the first servings of food that I've had from Shujinko. Due to covid, however, they're not opened 24/7 anymore and I'm unfortunately missing having a bowl of hot ramen after clubbing 😅
Literally blowing away ramen! I had the signature with pork! Probably the best ramen in Melbourne! Definitely recommended !
Best ramen in Australia. we had to wait in line but it totally worth it. you can tell from number of the people that stay in line that you are in a right place to have awesome ramen. We loved it so much that we had it twice in a day :D specially that they are open 24/7
The place is very cool, all the staff is friendly and fast and the shujinko Ramen is a must!
Good food, Quick service!
Wow. I've been dreaming of the amazing ramen I had in Japan a couple of years ago, and finally I've found a place that serves ramen as good as any I had over there. Fast service, fantastic ramen, and that cramped/cost feel of a real izakaya. I'll be back, many times.
Great food, friendly staff, although you might wait a little for a spot depending on the time of day
Coming from Sydney it Was the best ramen I’ve had by far!! The flavour was so rich and yum 😋 Wish there was one in Sydney! And the price was very good 👍👍👍👍
Tasty affordable food and great service
I had the vegetarian miso ramen, I think it's the best I've tried till now😊
