The only things that set petrol stations apart is their staff and cleanliness and Coles Express Virginia has fabulous staff, it's always clean and impeccably presented. The manager Gabriella is amazing. She is so lovely to her staff and friendly to every customer. So often you will hear customers say bye Gabby as they head out the door. Carmel is also great. They definitely cheer you up on your way to work!

Due to operator error I was not charged for fuel. I had bought other items in store and had paid. An hour later I was contacted by QLD police for a drive off offence. I get reported for a drive off, when it's clearly an operator error. Absolutely disgusting.

Why is your automatic car wash so slow g? Just waited 35 minutes for the 3 cars in front to go through, seems excessive for a spray wash. Not to mention my car still looks like it popped a phat manu in a puddle of mud. Sad aZ.

Do not gamble your money on the car wash. Tonight was the second time in two months this car wash has just stopped mid car and just done nothing more. The staff are polite and refund you but it is not worth waiting in a cue to get a refund that is for something that it advertised WASH AND GO

Nice, big place, more on the modern side. Good range of goodies inside too.

Good petrol prices. Large modern facility with friendly staff.

Has a carwash attached and a large enough shop for a station to meet those late night cravings. So hard to find in Brisbane without driving out to the surburbs.

Friendly service. Close to airport and convenient for refuelling rental cars.
