Sea Bay Restaurant specialises in Chinese noodle dishes, specifically stir fried and noodle soups. Interestingly, they do offer vegan option, being the vegan stir fried chopped noodles, and quality is decent.

3.4 - I used to come here throughout Uni but have been away. I tried it again today after many many years. The quality is still good (although the Chicken soup tasted peppery as opposed to soothing, and the Beef soup noodle is not as nourishing as I remember it tasted). but the dumplings were still amazing! They have renovated the restaurant and the lovely old humble smiley man is no longer around. It's not as cheap as it used to be - the soup noodles are about $14.90 and the dumplings, the same. But you can get half serves, which is great. However, a 2% surcharge on any cards used (including EFTPOS). I probably won't be coming back much longer - there is so much other food to try and most of my sentiment for it lost.

Sea bay restaurant was my all time favourite ones... visited after 6-8 months, after the lockdown... very disappointed with the food and hygiene. Plates were not clean, food was tooo oily and Tea never tasted like before :( :( Oil was dripping inside and outside these dumplings.. Never like Before!!

Was recommended this place by a friend. Have to say that I was really disappointed and surprised to see such great reviews. The dumplings we ordered were boiled far too long and were water logged with no flavour left in them. Recommended fried pepper pork was also very flavourless.

Amazing!. Good quality dishes for reasonable price . Fast service and simple menu. I ordered shrimp fried rice and a seabay salad , perfect mix . My girlfriend had dumplings with steamed pumpkin : delicious .

Quick, tasty and cheap Chinese food with sizeable portions in a casual setting. Would recommend the shallot pancake and veggies; dumplings are decent but there are better places in the city. The place was crowded and very loud when I was there on a Friday night. Seems to attract students and backpackers. BYO

One of the oldest and most famous handmade noodles and dumplings restaurant in Sydney. Serves north-western Chinese food including spicy BBQ lamb skewers. Can get extremely busy at times so best to book a table just to be safe. The spicy chicken salad is absolutely amazing.

Top notch food and top notch service. We loved Sea Bay’s excellent food tonight. Pan fried dumplings were perfect. Spicy beef salad was refreshing and tender with the perfect amount of spiciness. Pepper deep fried pork was perfectly lightly battered and beautifully tender. Thank you - we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
