Totally recommend this lovely little place 💯 beats any fancy restaurant in Hobart & we have been to a few. It's a must!!! Cheap as & top quality food & service! Wish we could take them back to Brisbane ❤

Amazing 👏 tastes! We had fried noodle, laksa, nasi lemak and dumpling. Finding a good malaysian taste in hobart was difficult specially any for a vegetarian eater. We all savoured every bite of those.... Cafe was very small and sitting were limited 😕

Sawak is by far the best Malaysian I’ve had in Australia. Ordered takeaway twice while holidaying in Hobart, trying a variety of dishes. The mains are authentic as they can get with really fresh ingredients and great customer service. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Hobart!

My favourite restaurant in Hobart. Lots of vegetarian options at a very reasonable price. Specializes in Asian meals. No corkage fee. Open for lunch and dinner.

Decent food and friendly, helpful staff. I have tried a few of their dishes including the chicken rice, chicken curry and Singapore noodles and I would order them again. Convenient location. Only thing is the restaurant is quite small. Hard to get a seat if you come in during peak hours, especially in group.
