Savoy

Worst coffees ever. The "barista" never cleaned the coffee handle. The result was a burnt undrinkable coffee. The chai latte powder wasn't even melted. Slow service and zero smiles. The toilets are a scary dirty adventure on they own.

Reasonably good place. My family use to go there every Friday afternoon. But we stoped not because it was bad and it's not bad but because we wanted to try new things. It does get old after a while. It's a super busy place with little tables at times we would come back in a hour seeing if people left most of the time it worked. The menu is poor not much food the get. Sometimes people would come in and play music like it was no big deal. At times it got really loud than we will pay and leave. The staff is kinda nice some we're rude here's a tip don't work there my friend worked there and hated it. If you are looking for a place to talk to some friends this is good. Do not go at breakfast.

The staff were friendly etc the deco interesting BUT the food was not only below average in taste, it also made 2 of us sick with food poisoning! It was a Tuesday night and a full restaurant .. I wonder how many other people got sick from their meal?

visited twice on our way to Blue Mountains. Its a decent place to have a good meal with a family. Get a good return for every penny you spent here. Everyone seems happy with the meals.

We have been coming here regularly for 3 years now. The food has never disappointed us. Good sized portions and a great selection. Although the food is great, the staff are woeful. They always appear to be uninterested in giving customers service and this has never changed. We assume this is because they are all young and lack experience. Having said that, do not be put off by the negative reviews as this place has great atmosphere (where else can you sit in a booth)? Try the savoy hamburger it is awesome and the all day breakfast is good too.

There isn't a particular event that causes me to say the Savoy is abysmal, its just that the drinks aren't good, the food is below par and every thing seems to be dirty and grimy. There isnt much point spending your money here when there are so many great places in Katoomba for a similar or better price, which have great food and drinks, beautiful wholesome service and dont make you feel like you have to wipe down your cutlery and cup with a napkin. Honesly walk a couple of steps further and eat somewhere that doesn't make you feel like you just wasted your money.

This is my favorite restaurant. Always friendly and good service. Food is amazing
