Sage Restaurant & Bar - Function Venue Gold Coast

Mains were very nice, service was good but the entrees were under for me. At the price they should of been a lot better.

First time dining at this Restaurant, friendly atmosphere and service was great as well. We had the Seafood Platter and enjoyed the mix of food served. Will definitely return. Cheers Paul & Maree

Tried to e-mail directly to the chefs address, but doesn't work...so. The meal was good but not great. Every oyster natural should be served super cold, ours was luke warm. The variety nice but spoilt by that little oversight. Everything else good. Cheers Rod

It was kinda frustrating, my boyfriend and I went out on a valentines dinner. We didn’t realise it was going to be a three course meal as they didn’t have any of it advertise on Instagram or their website which was disappointing. I wish they gave us the option of ordering off the menu but that wasn’t an option at the end of the day, yes I wish I did look into this restaurant more which I will fault for but I recommend you do that too before you go here for any event or special occasion.

My husband and I visited Sage recently, and we were very impressed with our experience at this beautiful restaurant. Not only are the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming, but the food is amazing. We will be back! Thank you!

Had dinner on Saturday, ordered scallops for starters, with lamp chops & morton bugs with prawns in creamy sauce for mains. The starters arrived with the mains, my partners lamp chops were well done, could of being more under to give it a softer bite.. my Garlic prawns where so underwhelming with nothing or no garlic, seasoning was a non show.. the prawns were steamed and stirred through the sauce...not happy.. the rice was tastless.. salt would of helped.. im sorry wont be back...

Terrible tough steak after waiting close to an hour, bad service to boot. Snapper was mushy and too herby. No interest from staff. Dont waste your money

During our last trip to GC we first visited this place for dinner and was blown away. Next morning, we tried breakfast and was equally good. A must try place if you are visiting GC. Try the seafood platter- I promise you won't regret.

We had the seafood platter for two We have had this many times before and it has always been our favourite, unfortunately not the case this time. The crab was tasteless, so much so we couldn’t finish it It tasted like it had been run under the tap The selection of fish was not as good as it has been previously The staff were going through the motions of customer service they were polite but not one member of staff took the time to “chat” it always felt like they had something better to do than look after us as customers Every time we go to the Gold Coast we have gone to the yellow fin we have always looked forward to it Unfortunately we will be looking for another restaurant in future

Love the Haloumi breakfast here. Have it at least once a week. The staff are amazing and are accomodating for people with food allergies :)
