Love this place. The only pure vegetarian food provider. No one can beat their pricing and taste.
Disappointed...We have been a big fan of Shruti's food...Even have catered her food at our place on 3 ocassions but Hospitality is probably a different ball game where it is dependent on multiple people...Guy at the front desk - Vikas was quite rude and adamant...He definitely doesn't know how to deal with customers. Rest of the staff was quite courteous. Ambience is OK...It is the same place where Hume Haveli was so interior is the same with some addition to the furniture. We had buffet this time around as I love Shruti's Daal Makhni but rest of the Sabjis (Curries) were not up to the mark...Note that only rotis and rice are unlimited - the part that is not clear in the brochure in the pic. A bit more emphasis on cleanliness of cutleries and glasses would Help...Had it not been for the Front Desk guy - Vikas, I would have given 3 stars. Might try Ala Carte next time if we go there again which is highly unlikely.
One of the worst experience ever with the customer service and the food i have ordered is completely different, as i have asked for dry manchuria and they have provided with some sort of curry with just 4 manchurian balls. This is really ridiculous and i would never suggest this place. TOTALLY DISSAPOINTING
Excellent home delivered food. Tried first time in Blackburn South. Very impressed. Tried Moong Daal Halwa... Everything highly recommended....
Food is disgusting and unhygienic. Tasteless food, suggest no one go to this unhygienic place . Do not waste your money and time on this place.
The staff was so rude , don’t even know how to behave, this was my first time , I called them on the other side was male staff member , I was asking him about services and he replied with soo much of attitude , will never visit this place. 👎🏿
I had very great experience there yesterday i had great fun there everyone is so friendly and staff is just amazing 😇great job keep going
