An amazing culinary experience and compliment to the dinning culture of Darwin. Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. The food remains authentic to its culture and was a joy to eat

Delicious flavoursome fresh food. I had the green paw paw salad with fresh prawns. Menu stated that it also came with pork but I requested no pork. Accommodating staff and prompt in meal delivery. The salad was so fresh and full of flavour. I could eat it all day long

I made the mistake of not booking a table on a Saturday and happened to find Ruby by chance. The staff were extremely friendly and found a seat for me straight away. The roast pork cold rolls were sensational and so was the soup. I think the chef here is a minor celebrity because he was brought out of the kitchen to a round of applause from the diners

Went to Ruby's tonight. Found it really disappointing. 'Rubys special fried rice' was really bland and tasted like steamed rice. The quail wasn't 'salty and spicy' like the menu read. Spring rolls, average. Skip the braised beef. When asked by the staff how my meal was, I told them I wasn't impressed, went on to tell them what was wrong, but they didn't seem to care too much.

Delicious! Great service. The food was so good. Probably my favourite was the Kang Koong in garlic. I actually ordered a little bowl of soy sauce with fresh garlic and chili 🌶 and poured that over my steamed barramundi for a extra flavour. Vegetarian rice paper rolls for entree. And a long Island iced tea to wash it all down.

The dishes were fresh, tasty and authentic. The restaurant staff are really nice and professional and make sure u get a vietnamese iced coffee and the soft shell crab both are omg amazing

Awesome food and fabulous service from our little chirpy waitress. The place was packed to the rafters with patrons - including a function of Asians. We thought it may be some time before our food would arrive however this was not the case. Fresh hot flavoursome food - loved it! Best meal we had in darwin.
