Rice Town (8 Street)

The best place ever! Always come here for the black bean and it’s the best meal I’ve ever had in my life so far it’s amazing, the beef is sooooo tender and the flavour is immaculate, good portion sizes, they are always soooo quick with making the food I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes for my food and the service is always so lovely and kind! I would recommend this place to anyone honestly!

If you like sizzling hot plate dishes, this is a place for you to come try (I haven't found too many good places in Brisbane for this sort of thing actually). There are plenty of different options to choose from, including beef, pork, chicken and fish cooked in various styles. The serving sizes are a decent size, and quite reasonable in terms of the prices (ranging from $12-$20). Some of my personal favourites are the Mongolian beef hot plate and also the braised pork hot plate. Service has always been good, and the food is prepared quite quickly. In my opinion, definitely one of the better places along 8 Street to eat at.

They have good food but Im very disappointed with their honesty -- I was charged 20c extra because I asked if theres eftpos min (then I remember back then they never charged me). I was also charged 10c because I asked if the bag is free, then I realised they charged anyone else. The 30c isn't a big deal but I'm very disappointed with the fact that they're dishonest about their charges

sizzling mongolian beef tasks the best here!

The worst asian meal I've ever had locally and I've lived here for over 10 years. No flavour, overpriced and there was hair in my meal. I ordered honey chicken and I don't know what it was coated in, but it wasn't honey. Don't waste your money, this place is so bad. I wish I could give it negative stars.

Don’t come here Meat is blend, no flavour and dish is very overpriced. Just go down to sunnybank for a cheaper and excellent meal.
