The lady behind the counter went above and beyond to make my experience the best it possibly could. Was extremely happy with her customer service

As far as red roosters go, this one is great. Served by Holly tonight, a breath of fresh air. Perfectly cooked chips, juicy chicken and an ice cold drink.

Service and food were both very good

Thus is a small red rooster at a service station. It has a smallish dining area but it really is more of a order and run place. It is clean has only one toilet which can get busy as its a travel stop for people. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick and the food very good. It’s a franchise so most people would know it has the standard chicken and chips fare. It’s drink range is Coca Cola not Pepsi. Recommend if you are traveling and stop off quickly at Goulburn. Not hugely obvious but there is a drive thru if you just want to keep driving.

I find the staff at Goulburn red rooster to be friendly. The food is actually really N1CE compared to other fast food places (cough cough MacDonald's;)

Order was fast. Chicken was horrendous!

Excellent food (for fast food), good service and clean facility's. There was a lot of rude customers but the staff remained professional.

Service was pretty lame during the peak time of dinner. Would have expected the teams to be on top of requests and payments etc.
