Great service and food!

Good food. Very good service by staff.

The girl at the front desk is the best example of what worst customer means. The attitude she throws at the customer is entirely unacceptable. Her tone is very rude, as I was writing this review, a customer walked in and the way she repeats the order and total bill back to her; made me rethink who actually is the payee. Tap & Pay is at its peak, charge me extra $1 or 5% transaction fee, but still they are not ready to accept the small payments. Waiting time for an evening snack is so high that we might even pass the snack time when we receive the order.

The food is average, service could be better ( as much as I want to be compassionate to the lady who served me,a little smile while serving could go a long way!). The payment options are also minimal, EFTPOS or cash. I forgot my pin and couldn't tap the EFTPOS card either. Out of all the things we had like chicken biryani, malai kofta etc Gobi Manchurian is what I would recommend. Naan was not to bad. The prices were reasonable.

Just ordered a takeout and got served by a lady. Who was very rude. I always order it from there but never had this worst experience. Although the food was alright.

Outrageous. Utterly outrageous. The quality of the food is disgusting and the Chilli Paneer was horrible. The paneer was dry, like a rock, and tasted disgusting too. The ‘Manchurian Gobi’ came in whole pieces of cauliflower and tasted revolting. I would most certainly not visit the location again. The customer service was sickening, and the hygiene of the place is intolerable. They barely wipe the tables with TISSUES. No sprays, no wipes, nothing. Honestly, they don’t even deserve the one star I gave them (as a google requirement). They don’t let you pay by Apple Pay, and no signs state that, so when you attempt to pay with Apple Pay, they say you can’t.The rice is SLIMEY, and the dal fry is distasteful. In the end, money wasted and a whole bag of food, in the bin. (Pictures attached of the ‘paneer’)

You cannot go wrong with $10 for a curry. They even throw pappadums, pickle and onions along with any curry! For people who complain, there are Indian fine dining options in the CBD.

Food doesn’t taste good and unprofessional staff. Don’t waste your money guys !!!

Award for the worst Customer Service by a huge margin should be given to the staff at this restaurant. The girl on the front desk was very rude and her language was just not acceptable. Reason for some dishes not available was staff not available. Not sure, why have an item on the menu when you can't provide. That said, the food was average but will not be visiting again just for the service received.

The worst restaurant I have ever visited. The lady there at the service desk doesn't have any customer service skills. I could literally hear the microwave sound before them getting my food. Chicken manchurian was just frozen food reheated. Our dinner was just like a tasting ceremony we left everything on the table as it is and our review there about the was just neglected. It was just waste of time and waste of money experience.
