Good comfort food .. dessert was delicious 👍

We ordered the wagyu scotch fillet which was cooked exactly as we requested, it was so tender and jucy, it was extremely good and the portion size was perfect, in fact with all the sides, it was more than enough food. The service was quick and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The condiments were really tasty, everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. IN order to five our thanks to the correct staff, we dined on Sunday 13 Dec 2020. There was only one problem but it was not really the venues fault, there was a screaming little brat, perhaps 5 years old with another diner who was running around, pushing things off the table and yelling which made it really hard to talk due to the noise level but luckily, after a few minutes, the other diner took the child out and we enjoyed the rest of the evening. We did book for 7pm on Sunday so this was not completely unexpected. I would suggest for the best experience for adults without kids, book for later times after 8pm when there are less likely to be young kids dining in the venue. Most kids behave well and most parents can control their kids - this kid was out of control but luckily it only went on for about 5 minutes !

Ordered the 180g steak medium. Was well done. Mushroom sauce was not good. And salad with no dressing. Sorry but 3 star not more

Really disappointed, didn't even get a meal in the end. Tried ordering online, there was no option to do so, so we called up to place the order. It went to a central call centre where we asked to place a takeaway order. We were put on hold numerous times whilst they tried to figure out how to do this. After 20 minutes on and off hold, still with no guarantee of being able to place an order, we gave up and went elsewhere!

Loved the food, specially the steak. We just love the food and also the environment. Hope to visit more.

Hi I wanted to book afternoon tea for my wife on Valentine's Day but after phoning the number on your site I was transferred to Head Office in Sydney after several options and a change in menu etc. I finally spoke to a lady in Sydney who said she would transfer me. After yet another delay and more talking I hung up. May I suggest the you have a direct line so callers can speak to you directly in Tuggeranong? Thank you.

Ordered through menulog, the restaurant failed to give the driver all the items, upon calling Rashays they refused to accept any accountability, bounced me back to menulog who refused to organise delivery of the missed items and all in all, the food was average at best any way. Not worth the time especially since they literally forgot a third of the order. Won't be coming back and would not recommend to others unless they hate themselves so much they want to sit on hold in customer service hell listening to people blame each for 20 minutes straight.

Rashay's has the best menu. Love their food!
