RASHAYS - Tuggeranong (Greenway)

I don't trust your deal anymore. We went for dinner, asked staff if we can get free meal for kids (your holiday school deal), she said we can. Then we ask again the other staff, he said we can. So we ordered 2 meal and 2 free meal for kids. Went to cashier, they said we should pay for all of them because free meals only for members. Then they tried to convince us to pay an extra $10 for membership which would only be valid 24 hours later. That means we should pay 2 meals + 2 kids meals + membership. Of course we didn't want that membership after being tricked. So be careful before ordering! Ask all the staffs and cashier, even manager!

Kids eat free? Last time they had this, it was any kids now its 1 kid, t&c read from a WhatsApp message and apart from the guy reading that txt message, no one else(staff) knew what was the t&c of the kids eat free.

Meals can be a bit expensive although the $2 coffee deal is amazing!!! The staff are always so friendly and make great coffee. Its such a great place to meet up with friends. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. Would definitely recommend!

Rip off no bacon n the staff dont know the price of anything paid $5 for the $2 coffee special. Wont be back.

Good food

Feedback on Rashays Tuggeranong, we've been eating here for awhile and the food is always superb. However your staff discriminates us (everytime) on how we look. Tonight, we were raising our hands that we were ready to order and yet the 2 girls at the counter just stared at us and didn't bother to tell anyone that we are ready. Also, in a store full of Asians staff, people chose to prioritise Caucasian looking customers even though we asked first (because we're Asian). That is just disappointing.

We ordered through Deliveroo. Fast delivery, food arrived hot and fresh, it was all really good. One small thing, the chocolate mud cake wasn't very nice. Its a shame because everything else was so good.

We went to Rashays tuggernong on 1st May for dinner and our experience was not a good one. First of all there was only one napkin for our table and we had to ask for more. Good thing we did because the waiter spilled our drink on the table and he did NOT return to wipe the table so we did it ourselves. (No great loss as the drinks weren't that good anyway) Secondly, our waitress had difficulty understanding the menu and mixed up our orders, our starters came with our entrees and our sides were all mixed up. We ordered a wagyu steak rare but it came out RAW in the middle so we had to get it sent back. The waiter didn't understand what to do with the steak so the manager had to come over to assis.t We paid $140 for below standard food and appalling service. We will NOT be returning!
