RACV Cape Schanck Resort

Absolutely fantastic service from front of house staff at check in. From Dean and Daniel who I dealt with on the phone to the front of desk staff, what a lovely group of people. Jemima in particular was so genuinely kind and helpful at check in, she is a great asset to this company. This interaction really made our stay. The room was fantastic with a wonderful Sea view. Very clean and well designed with a fabulous shower /bathroom, they have really thought of everything. Lovely cosy robes, extremely comfortable bed and small kitchenette. Excellent pool , spa & sauna facilities, along with a disabled chair lift into the main pool. The resort exceeded my expectations in all areas except one- the food, which was extremely disappointing and overpriced for its poor quality. From breakfast to lunch to dinner, all very under average and disappointing. I hope that they soon overhaul the kitchen and food options and put much more effort into it, along with insuring that room service food & coffee is delivered hot and not just barely warm. Cape Schanck is beautiful and this is an impressive building design. I would absolutely love to return to this wonderful resort, but may not due to the food.

A great place to relax.. One of the best hotels/ resorts we have been to. Our room was in the main building, was of decent size, clean, equipped with large modern TV, Nspresso coffee machine. Awesome great views and great room service from a professional well managed staff. The amenities are just as fantastic, we loved the indoor heated pool, the spa and sauna. The gym is very well equipped. Our kids loved the games room which included a table tennis, billiards table, basketball game and pinball. Restaurant is nice for lucnh and dinner. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Tennis court was available, you can ask for rackets and balls from the reception or bring your own. Undercover car park. It was peaceful and quiet and we would love to go there again. Awesome overall and highly recommended.

Customer Service was exceptional, every request was attended to swiftly. Rooms were very modern, family friendly & have amazing views. Facilities were fantastic & well kept, the indoor spa/pool was amazing, nice for a rainy day. Buffet breakfast 5/5. Very clean presentation. There were however a few errors during our stay, cleanliness wasn’t the best would give a 3/5. There was still urine on toilet lid when we checked in, there was a lot of long hairs found on carpets. Sticky substance spilt on carpet & stains on couches. A bit of mould built up in shower. Dusty room. There were some errors made with dining room service and items requested on arrival were forgotten. Overall would give a 3.5 rating out of 5. Improvement for cleanliness & slight attention to orders / requests would definitely make it a 5!

Incredible experience every time we stay. The rooms are modern, comfortable, spacious and very well cleaned, and the resort itself is lovely. You feel like you’re totally surrounded by the incredible nature of the peninsula. The staff take the experience of staying from ‘great’ to ‘extraordinary’ - every time we’ve visited they’ve been so engaged, professional, friendly and really take pride in proving a brilliant guest experience. Oh, and the overnight room service is so welcome when it’s after midnight, you’ve had a few too many wines and crave a wood-fired margarita pizza! We love our little getaways to Cape Schanck, it’s always an absolute delight.

Best trip in years. Will go back. Accommodated my extra needs in the room within 24 hrs. Food 10/10 all restaurants. A very cool Vibe made everyone feel like they fitted in, guests all ages. Hotel 5 star quality and service. Restaurant manager bent over backwards to accommodate dietary requirements making special desserts just for me during my stay. First nights dinner at restaurant was best steak meal ever. Very applaudable. One Spa facilities and services outstanding, but must be booked way in advance. Only thing I can fault, is room service not delivered to Ocean view villas,which are 1.4km drive away from main hotel. Would've been good to have meals delivered on the nights I was tired and it was pouring with rain.

Wanted to give 5 stars but dinner was not great 😭 Vegetables were hard as a rock, not cooked both mine and my partners. Apart from the dinner, We love the place and will be booking again ❤. We booked the ocean view room which is separate from the Main reception apartments (5min walk). Ocean overlooking the golf course. Loved it. Note: ask for top level for better views, otherwise you will be looking at bush views 🌳🌳🌳🤣.

Great stay, got upgraded to spa room, the breakfast buffet was really good

Our first visit and so pleasantly surprised! A warm welcome at check in, wonderful staff throughout our stay, amazing views and luxurious rooms. Great facilities and food! We loved our stay and it definitely won't be the last! A special shoutout to Duty Manager, Jamie Brown, for her customer service that was beyond expectations and very much appreciated!

Overall, good experience. Beautiful hotel and everything. Great golf course. It was a pity that you are not allowed to use the driver in the driving range. The bed might have been wore out, as it was too soft.

excellent place and beautiful location for family time. The lounge dinning has amazing food and Anastasious and his team there will make you feel like a king. Also the bartenders are welcoming and very helpful. Overall and incredible stay. We were a group of 15 with two families one of them had triplets and with all the kids crying in reception, we never felt uncomfortable or unwelcomed. I loved this place.
