I googled, looking for a place in Toowoomba that sold gluten-free food. I found this awesome place. This is my gf works burger - it was filling and it was fab! The choc caramel pecan slice was divine. The staff were great and the place was quite busy. I will be back! 🙂

Charming place, comfortable seating and nice decor. Food was good and has a variety of vegan options. Great number of specialty coffees/fresh juices/smoothies for something different. Friendly staff.

Great coffee and juices. I really loved my poached eggs but the burger my husband had was a little pedestrian, but still fine. Friendly kind staff and a gentle vibe. Thanks for being in existence R & D cafe!

A friend and I had lunch at R & D today. The vegetable stack meal was amazing. Big serving, beautifully presented and very tasty. Worth every cent of the $18.95. The young man who served us could not have been friendlier and was very attentive. Both he and the female cook enquired about our satisfaction with the meal - a rarity these days. Will have no hesitation in going back again soon.

Good for vegans and omnivores alike. Delicious housemade food and a cute, quirky atmosphere. Would definitely come back.

Look the steak burger was very nice, patty was great. However it was not constructed in an easy to consume item, holding a piece of bacon and an egg in my bare hands by the time i finished. No chips? For the price i expect chips. Smoothies where tasty - to someone i suppose...

Staff were very friendly. Poached eggs were hard boiled. Paleo meal had corn in it. Nice decor, a kids corner. Overall a pleasant experience.

Awesome food, great coffee, cool atmosphere with so many vegan options I’ll have to keep going back. Thanks for your hard work, you’re doing a fantastic job.

Great range (including separate vegan menu), friendly staff, country charm decor. Highly recommend!
