Quince Cafe

This place was surprisingly impressive and well-priced! Large range of pastries, sandwiches and different types of meals you could easily enjoy for lunch or afternoon tea. Their milkshake sizes are also quite impressive, you definitely feel like you’re getting value for money. The service was reasonable but at this point table service was no more, due to COVID I believe. This was a little unclear, and they had quite a large amount of people mulling around and waiting for orders, but we received our drinks fairly quickly.

Not that great but was good. Good taste coffee and breakfast The cafe in the shopping center has never seen a particularly good place. I am satisfied that I can enjoy a simple meal after shopping.

My husband quite liked his burger 🍔 & coffee. I just had a coffee ant it was good too. Nice industrial building for a shopping centre. Al in all a good cafe in a cool shopping centre.

Reasonably priced...walk down from rnsh. Better than Zouki. Big portions, the club sandwich was huge.

Veggie breakfast was amazing! Rosemary mushrooms were a highlight and the soy Campos coffee was good but unexceptionable. They put butter on the bread so if you're avoiding dairy ask for it not to be added.

Usually I only review places that are 5 stars so that I’m not contributing to online negativity, but I was really disappointed with Quince Cafe. We are consistent patrons as it is the only cafe in the centre, and the service is always really lacklustre. Today we were left waiting seated for 15 minutes for table service before being informed that the kitchen was closed, even though the waitress had come to our table during that time with somebody else’s order. The food at the cafe is consistently good, but this is not the first time we have been left waiting a long time and then have been disappointed by the service. Apologies again for the negativity- I’m hoping that continued feedback can help the cafe grow and develop.

The staff work well. Friendly and attentive. The fare offered is nothing out of the box. Coffee is quite good.

Little improvement since our last visit. Waitstaff appear a little clueless or disinterested. Maybe it is incumbent on guests to announce the intention to dine-in before finding a table - as this appears to have prompted faster service today. We expect a small cake fork with our muffins, not a butter knife each and later a dinner fork. They also had a filtered water dispenser with no glasses in which to decant the water!

I have been coming here for years. Good tea /coffee and good selection of meals and snacks. Never had an issue with the cups for water. Service generally very good.
