Placed an order with uber eats. Was showed an expected waiting time of 20 minutes, nearly 1 hour and 2 phone calls later turns out that the restaurant used their own delivery driver who delivered it to the wrong person, who took the food. 1 hour later, no food. The restaurant driver did not bother to check the person they delivered to was the person who actually ordered the food using the uber eat app. They didnt contact me via the app at any point, the whole way through they kept the order status as 'preparing'. i had to call them multiple times myself. Been using uber eats for 6years, never had this experience prior...poor unprofessional service.

Finger licking good In the days of living at Maroubra, this ended up the go to pizza joint after trying everything else over several months. Forward 5 years and having moved a little further south, and one rainy night, still bloody amazing. Tonight: 1 x hawaiian, 1 x meat lovers and 1 x macho meat and it takes me back to the days when you couldn't stop eating, and then breakfast was the most amazing pizza ever. Perfect BBQ sauce ration and density, perfect skinny crust with a bit of weight to it but still wickedly delicious and super fresh toppings. Just do it.

Pizza was great after all the trouble but we had a mix up with our order through Eat now. A female worker answered the phone from the restaurant when we called to say our garlic bread didn’t arrive. The worker we spoke to was unbelievably rude and unprofessional and got on the defence straight away, telling us it wasn’t on the order so it’s not their fault, told us to pick it up and they will not be delivering it as it would cost them $3 to do so! $3!?! I questioned her and said surely they would know what was in the meal deal- that to my knowledge would have been stated by the restaurant in the first place- and as a business would be professional and fix the problem by delivering it. I got a flat out ‘no and stop being rude to me’ she then talked over me and continued to be arrogant about the situation. I then asked to speak to the manager who was nicer but said we would have to deal with Eat now to get a refund as they will not deal with it or deliver. The Eat Now representative we dealt with was lovely and called the restaurant as their policy is a redeliver or refund and they were even rude to her and refused to deliver it (we live in the next suburb mind you!) so our only option was a refund. I never write bad reviews but this really ticked me off! After all of that the restaurant had the hide to send the receipt to MY mobile number- to what? Prove a point? Unprofessional I think.

Worst pizza ever 👎👎

The worst customer ever!! We asked if they served gluten free pizza. They confirmed that they do. So we ordered a large half and half gluten free pizza and a box of wedges. We waited for 45 minutes and the pizza did not arrived. We called to follow up on the order. The lady who took our order confirmed that the pizza is on the way but it is not gluten free as gluten free is only available in medium sized pizza an( that the pizza on the way is NOT gluten free. She then accused us of not ordering a gluten free order.... We waited for almost an hour and the driver finally arrived, we requested for a refund for the pizza and the owner insist that we can only obtain the refund over the phone via our credit card. With all due respect if they can't even get a pizza order right it is only fair that we have very little faith that our refund will be processed correctly. We offered to pay for the wedges but the owner insist on taking them back with the pizza. She also stated that she does not need customers like us... Instead of training her team properly she decides to take it out on her customer. Absolutely appaulling !!
